Not every thought is your task

Overthinking can disguise itself as being responsible.

You replay the conversation, predict the reaction, rehearse the perfect answer, and call it preparation. Sometimes that helps.

But often the loop is trying to control territory you do not actually govern, like someone else's response, a future outcome, or the feeling of total certainty.

HOW NUGLET WORKS

The essentials, clearly.

What it is, how long it takes, and how it fits your day.

What is a Nuglet?

Nuglet is a microlearning app. Every day, it gives you one short, carefully prepared lesson about a useful idea, with a clear story and one small thing to try in real life.

How much time does a Nuglet take?

Most Nuglets are designed to fit into a short break. There is no course to finish or missed work to catch up on. Take in one idea and continue when you are ready.

Can I choose how I experience it?

Yes. You can read the story, listen to a real conversation between two people, use the visual explanation, or move straight into the practice. The idea stays consistent across every format.

Do I need to use Nuglet every day?

No. Nuglet offers one useful idea at a time, not a streak to protect. Miss a day and return when you have space.

Do I keep the Nuglets I complete?
Yes. Completed Nuglets stay yours.

Once you complete a Nuglet, it stays in your Shelf, even if you later pause or cancel your subscription. You can return to its story, audio, visual, practice, and sources whenever you need them.

Where do the ideas come from?

Each Nuglet is built from carefully selected sources. We show the evidence behind the idea so you can see where it came from and go deeper whenever you choose.

How do I find my first Nuglet?

Get Started opens a short quiz. It helps us understand what would be useful to you now and guides you to a good first place to begin.
